Mr. Patza graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2000, where he was a member of the Marquette Law Review, the National Moot Court Team, and the Moot Court Board. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Prior to joining Samster, Konkel & Safran, S.C., Mr. Patza served as law clerk for Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Patza worked in the front office of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes Baseball Club and as Editor of the New Glarus Post.
Mr. Patza is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
