Vehicle Strikes Pedestrian in West Allis

On Monday afternoon, January 13, 2014, a pedestrian was crossing the street at the intersection of South 70th Street and West Greenfield Avenue when the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. According to the West Allis Police Department, the vehicle was turning south onto 70th Street when it struck the pedestrian, who was taken to the hospital with injuries that are reportedly not life threatening. Authorities are investigating the incident.
