Several Crashes on Highway Following Spring Snow

Posted on

While the calendar may claim that it is spring, it seems like it is still winter here in Wisconsin. On Monday night, April 14, 2014, and continuing into Tuesday morning, April 15, 2014, snow fell throughout Wisconsin. In Milwaukee County, the winter weather led to several automobile accidents. A big accident occurred on Highway 45 near Mayfair Road, where 30 vehicles had to be towed due to numerous crashes. One of the vehicles involved was a school bus containing 42 children. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries as a result of the crashes.
