James P. Samster is a partner in the law firm of Samster,
Konkel & Safran, LLC.
A 1964 graduate of Marquette Law School, Attorney Samster
has been representing accident and injury victims in Milwaukee
and throughout Wisconsin for more than four decades.

Samster has experience representing clients in matters including
automobile accidents, wrongful deaths, premises liability
accidents, gas explosions and fires, serious falls and malpractice
cases. In his career, Attorney Samster has personally handled
and successfully settled or tried more than ten thousand
personal injury cases. With his long tenure of practice
in Wisconsin, Attorney Samster regularly represents the
children and even grandchildren of some of the thousands
of people he has represented since 1964.
