Samster, Konkel & Safran Join National Safety Campaign

The personal injury attorneys of Samster, Konkel & Safran will be participating in a national safety campaign relating to distracted driving, along with numerous other attorneys and organizations. This particular safety campaign is being targeted towards students, although it is certainly not just a student or teen problem. Our Milwaukee personal injury attorneys have already given several presentations at local schools having an interest in learning more about distracted driving and the dangers and consequences of such actions. We hope to continue this campaign and give presentations to other schools, youth groups and community groups.

As part of the safety campaign, we have joined with hundreds of other attorney speakers around the country and in Canada, with a goal to have speakers in all fifty States and ten Canadian Provinces, and to reach a total audience of more than one-hundred thousand participants. We hope to tell the personal stories of families who have been affected by the growing epidemic of distracted driving crashes. Too many families have had to deal with the tragedies leading to injuries and even deaths from crashes which occur when drivers attempt to also do other activities while driving. It is the hope that this safety campaign will lead to changes in behavior by drivers and passengers while in vehicles.
