Attorney Benjamin Rodriguez
Milwaukee Personal Injury Attorney Working for Injured Victims
Attorney Ben Rodriguez is an associate with Samster Konkel & Safran, S.C. where his practice includes handling all types of personal injury cases on behalf of injured individuals and families.
Attorney Rodriguez was drawn to practicing law because his parents always encouraged him to study a career he could use to make a difference in other people’s lives. After he and his family immigrated to the United States from Puerto Rico, when he was young, Ben grew up in a tough neighborhood but worked hard in and out of school to make life better for himself and his family.
After passing the Wisconsin bar exam, Ben Rodriguez began representing refugees and immigrants in various cases. One of his defining moments as an attorney was representing an immigrant refugee re-obtain custody of her child. His approach to helping clients with their personal injury case is to place himself in their shoes. By listening carefully and diligently, he is able to empathize and fully understand the issues and concerns of individuals who need his help. He maintains an open mind to every case and he does not give legal opinions until reviewing all the case details. Ben pays keen attention to details and reviews and analyzes all pertinent information in order to strengthen his client’s case and develop an effective strategy.
